Ghana suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Kenya in the second round of qualifiers for the 2019 Cup of Nations at the Kasarani Stadium
An own goal by defender Nicholas Opoku saw Kenya record a famous win over the Black Stars.
Opoku connected a ball into his own net after an in-swinger from the right.
The Black Stars were going into the game at the back of a resounding 5-0 victory over Ethiopia in their opening game however gave in to allow Kenya secure their first victory in the qualifiers.
Ghana temporarily maintain their top spot with 3 points, but on a better goal difference over Kenya and Sierra Leone.
The African giants will take on Sierra Leone in their next qualifier.
The result hands Kenya a first win of the qualification whilst it is the first defeat for the Black Stars who won 5-0 on the opening day of the qualifiers against Ethiopia.
Ethiopia play Sierra Leone in the other group F game on Sunday.
