The National u-17 Team of Ghana were held to a 2-2 draw game by Tanzania u-17 on Monday in an international friendly game at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam., Tanzania.

The Black Starlets dominated the home side and before the break they shot into the lead through Sulley Ibrahim.

From the recess, Arko Mensah came off the bench to doubled Ghana’s lead.

But the Black Starlets failed to defend their two goals as Tanzania pulled even late in the game thanks to goals from Assad Juma and Issah Makamba.

The Ghana u-17 team used the game as part of their preparations ahead of the upcoming CAF U-17 championship in Gabon.
