Ken Agyapong names 4 politicians and others who are on the radar of Anas

NPP Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has hinted that investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas is doing a piece on some top politicians, business owners, medical practitioners and police officers.

Speaking on NET 2TV, the firebrand MP alleged that the names of the persons under investigations have been marked yellow and green. He went on to say that the yellow signifies that the person is under investigation and those marked green means investigations are done on them.

He further stated that some of the names have the prefix ‘pound of flesh’ and others ‘compensation’. “’Pound of flesh’ signifies that you are his high target. He has written that he gave a minister $35,000. Prof Kwabena Frimpong Boateng has the pan of flash with an asterisk against his name,” Ken Agyapong allegedly said.

Mr. Agyapong said the names of the persons on Anas’ radar are as follows; “Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie (Sir John), CEO of Forestry Commission, Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, politician, Hassan Ayariga, politician, Amoah Ayisi, military officer, Emmanuel Okyere, military officer, Supt. Cephas Arthur, Ghana Police Service, COP Dr Akuffo Dampare, Ghana Police Service, Peter Ohene Kyei, pastor, Francis Oppong, COCOBOD, Dominic Ntiwul, politician, Kwakye Darfour, Politician, Charles Bissue, politician, Stephen Opuni, COCOBOD.” The Assin Central MP since the release of the Number 12 documentary on corruption in Ghana football has been a thorn in the flesh of ace journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

The hard-earned reputation and credibility of the investigative journalist, seems to be under attack as it appears it’s buried with more controversies.

The central bank’s report gave the breakdown as follows: the total cost of printing was around GH¢146.7 million while an amount of GH¢2 million was paid as agency fees with more than GH¢4 million spent on other expenses.
